Clear the Air is a smudge bundle that, when burned in your space, will cleanse and protect against negative energy, bring peace and calm to your spirit, boost your mental clarity, and even help balance your chakras.
Clear the air is made of selenite, a palo santo stick, dried lavender, and sage leaves grown in my back yard garden.
Light the bundle while holding the selenite and allow it to burn for 30 seconds to one minute before gently blowing out the flame. As the smoke rises, slowly move around the space cleansing the area with the bundle. Move with intention, focusing on expelling negative energy and inviting in positivity, creativity, protection, and balance.
